Report: Former Penn State Hoops Guard Kanye Clary Signs With Oklahoma State

Former Penn State men’s basketball guard Kanye Clary has signed with Oklahoma State after entering the transfer portal in late March, per On3. The Cowboys will be his third school in his college career.

Clary spent the last season at Mississippi State and averaged 6.3 points, 2.6 assists, and 1.3 rebounds in the seven games he competed in.

Clary spent two years at Penn State, where he averaged 16.7 points, shot 46.2% from the field, and 37.7% from beyond the arc in his second season. After a “coach’s decision,” Clary was dismissed from the team and hit the transfer portal.

With a rocky end in Happy Valley, Clary filed a lawsuit against head coach Mike Rhoades and Penn State. He argued that he was a victim of intimidation, retaliation, slander, and the illegal use of his name, image, and likeness.
