Penn State Football’s Khalil Dinkins Named To Mackey Award Watch List

Penn State football tight end Khalil Dinkins was named to the Mackey Award watch list on Friday, which is presented annually to the best tight end in college football.

The redshirt senior has 37 appearances as a Nittany Lion, with 23 receptions for 232 yards and five touchdowns over his career. Last season alone, Dinkins had 14 receptions for 122 yards and two touchdowns.

Eight semifinalists for the award will be named on October 30, and narrowed down to three finalists on November 256.

The winner will be announced live on ESPN on December 11.
