Julian Fleming Charged With Homicide By Vehicle While Intoxicated

Former Penn State football player Julian Fleming has been charged with homicide by vehicle while intoxicated after a May 23 ATV accident, according to The Daily Item.

Fleming’s girlfriend Alyssa Boyd, 23, was killed in the crash, while Fleming was left seriously injured.

The accident was caused by a collision with a deer while Fleming was behind the wheel. Neither Fleming nor Boyd were wearing safety equipment.

The 24-year-old spent four years at Ohio State before spending the 2024 season with the Nittany Lions. He was signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in April.

Fleming is set to appear in court Wednesday morning.
