Report: Former Boston College Safety Omarion Davis Transfers To Penn State Football

Penn State football has added another transfer to its defensive back room in Boston College safety Omarion Davis, Hayes Fawcett of On3 reported on Thursday night. Davis comes to Happy Valley with three years of eligibility left.

The Fort Mill, South Carolina, native was a 2025 recruit for the Eagles and played in five games in his freshman season. Davis recorded 13 total tackles this season, with his best game coming against Clemson, when he tallied six tackles in Boston College’s loss.

Davis joins a revamped safety room, led by former Iowa State coach Deon Broomfield, who came over with Matt Campbell’s inaugural Penn State staff. Marcus Neal Jr. and Jamison Patton have also announced their commitment to the Nittany Lions in the safety room.
