Report: Trebor Peña Signs With Jacksonville Jaguars As Undrafted Free Agent

Former Penn State wide receiver Trebor Peña plans to sign with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent, per Jordan Schultz.
Peña began his collegiate career at Syracuse as a three-star recruit. He spent four seasons with the Orange, totaling 109 receptions for 1,212 yards and 10 touchdowns. He transferred to Penn State ahead of the 2025 season, joining a group of three highly-anticipated transfer wide receivers brought in by the Nittany Lions.
In his lone season with the Nittany Lions, Peña appeared in 13 games, recording 49 receptions for 552 yards and two touchdowns while adding 73 rushing yards. His most notable performance came against Clemson in the Pinstripe Bowl, when he hauled in five receptions for 100 yards and a score en route to winning Pinstripe Bowl MVP. He also contributed on special teams, totaling eight punt returns for 71 yards and one kick return for 16 yards.
Although he was not invited to the NFL Combine, Peña did participate in Penn State’s Pro Day, posting a 4.52-second 40-yard dash and a 35.5-inch vertical jump. At 5’10”, 186 pounds, he measures in on the shorter side compared to the prototypical NFL receiver, but excels at finding space within the defense and creating separation.
Peña will now have a chance to earn a roster spot alongside Penn Staters Parker Washington, Brenton Strange, and Sal Wormley.
