Rally House Acquires Lion & Cub & Nittany Outlet

Rally House is coming to Happy Valley as it takes over Lion & Cub retail store and its online business, Nittany Outlet.

As Lion & Cub owner Benson Lichtig enters retirement after nearly 50 years of business in downtown State College, he will pass along the tradition of selling Penn State merchandise to Rally House, the leading retailer in licensed collegiate apparel in Pennsylvania.

Rally House looks to continue the trusted reputation that Lion & Cub has held in the community and build upon its legacy that has served Penn State for decades.

The store will be known as Rally House State College, and both in-store and online operations will begin in early June.

Rally House plans to open a second location on North Atherton Street in the fall.
