Class Of 2028 Madlen Gloessner Commits to Penn State Volleyball

Class of 2028 recruit Madlen Gloessner announced her commitment to Penn State on Thursday afternoon via Instagram.

The 6’6″ middle blocker plays for Lakewood High School in Denver, Colorado, as well as her club team, Norco Juniors Volleyball Club.

Across her freshman and sophomore seasons, Gloessner accumulated 402 kills and 187 blocks in 135 sets played while posting a .387 career hitting percentage, according to MaxPreps.

Gloessner is the third member of the Nittany Lions’ 2028 recruiting class, joining Averi Bridges, who committed to Penn State on Monday, and Janiah Burrage, who also committed Thursday.
