The Buckeyes run-ruled the Nittany Lions in the opening game, 9-1 after six innings, before holding out in a back-and-forth 7-4 battle in game two.

"This is game day, y'all," CGE co-president Jerome Clarke said to a round of cheers, kicking off the rally.

"We, as undergraduate students, see the hard work and effort our graduate employees put into making this university a world-class institution every day. They teach our classes, work with us, engage in research, produce scholarship, and make our campus community vibrant."

The rally begins at 1:45 p.m. with speakers prior to making the move to the Henderson Building, where voting is open Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

The Wolverines haven't lost to the Nittany Lions since 2007, but Penn State had its chance in the second game thanks to a pitching gem from junior Madison Shaffer. Michigan would go on to break a scoreless deadlock in the final inning to keep its 31-game winning streak over Penn State.

The proposal for the future will make it a decision so anyone can move to close a meeting, but other members of the board can then object. If there is any objection, it should be placed to a vote.
