
With Hoops Madness in the rear view mirror, the Penn State men's basketball team took the court Saturday afternoon against the mighty Slipper Rock University in an exhibition scrimmage leading up to next Saturday's season opener against Hartford.

Dave Coulier from everyones favorite childhood sitcom "Full House" and Judah Friedlander from everyones now favorite sitcom "30 Rock", came to the the HUB Friday night and had the room laughing for hours. It was a great show and the comedians lit it up.

This year, Delta Gamma (DG), Alpha Sigma Phi (Alpha Sig) and Beta Theta Pi (Beta) won overall for the second year in a row, with their performance of "Hairspray."

Cafe 210 West had the aura of an orgy of musical bliss when Atlas Soundtrack and Sophistafunk performed Saturday night. It was my first time hearing Sophistafunk, who put on an excellent show. And, of course, Atlas Soundtrack played the great show we've all come to expect from them.
