
In need of another club or two to fill the void between classes, work, and your social life?
The Spring Involvement Fair will be held today in Alumni Hall from 11 am to 4 pm. Previous fairs have featured over a hundred different clubs and organizations, ranging from common college fixtures such as Greek Life and music groups to more unique clubs like The Clown Nose Club and The Three Broomsticks, Penn State's Quidditch-playing Harry Potter society.

For once, it all came together for Penn State.
The theme of family has been a constant for this Nittany Lion team all season and it came to fruition on Saturday afternoon as the senior members of the squad finally arrived on the same page to lead Penn State to an upset on eighteenth-ranked Michigan State, 66-62.

Penn State alumnus and my personal hero Tom Verducci will return to State College on Tuesday, January 25 to speak as a part of the John Curley Center for Sports Journalism's Conversation Series. The session will be at 7p.m. in the HUB-Robeson Center Auditorium and is free and open to the public.

Tickets for the third annual Hope Gala are now available through the New York City chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association. The THON benefit will be held Friday January 21, 2011 at 7:30 pm in Capitale, a restaurant on the Lower East Side.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette is reporting that Tom Bradley is likely the new head coach of the University of Pittsburgh's football team:
If offered the job, Bradley, who has not met with Pitt Chancellor Mark Nordenberg, would quickly accept it, according to numerous sources as it is the job he has wanted for quite some time.
