State College Police will host a free active shooter training following the recent shooting at the Ramada Inn.
Family and friends of the State College man who was shot and killed by borough police last week have created a memorial website in his honor and are planning to establish a scholarship in his name at Penn State.
Drivers will soon see a speed limit increase on a 16-mile stretch of Interstate 99 in Centre County.
Saying that they are seeking answers for how and why their son was killed, the parents of a State College man who was fatally shot by borough police last week are now being represented by two local attorneys.
"A lot of people have worked on getting [lighting downtown], but the biggest issue that they've had is that it’s just kind of like a non-starter sometimes with some of the Borough."
"I had hoped that in running, my candidacy would spark meaningful dialogue about our community and the ways that we can come together to build a better life for ourselves, our town, and future generations of residents. In this manner, I have already been very successful."
