Arts Fest will return to State College for its 57th year from July 12 to 16.
Folks lined College Avenue and Penn State's campus all the way to Medlar Field at Lubrano Park to take part in the Fourth of July festivities.
The festival will feature music, beverages provided by Central PA Tasting Trail, and eats from local food vendors.
The app will provide users with information about events, weather updates, food options, and more.

Completed banners can be dropped off at the Arts Fest office at 403 S. Allen St. in suite 205A until 5 p.m. on Friday, June 23.
