The facility is open seven days a week, including 24 hours a day Monday through Thursday.
The owner, Yean Ngan, faces 13 felony and 26 misdemeanor charges after allegedly withholding more than $600,000 in taxes dating back to 2017.
The bakery was previously located at the Nittany Mall.
Remaining inventory from the collection will also be available online at 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 21.
Two additional zones servicing west State College will be added Monday, August 15.
Oeuf Boeuf et Bacon -- which is French for "egg, beef, and bacon" -- will tentatively open in September.
