
After last night’s election process, Penn State’s Panhellenic Council (@PennStatePHC) chose Rachel Franceschino (@rachelfran1) of Alpha Delta Pi as their new Executive President. Also the Governmental Affairs Chair of UPUA, Franceschino will work with seven other members of various sororities for a full year organizing events for the 22 chapters on campus. We sat down with Rachel for 10 questions about her new role with the PHC.

Election Day brings out the patriotic side of people. This week, the Natty Nittany scoped out some of the best Election Day outfits seen in the HUB.

Townies. They walk among us. They have cars on campus and do laundry for free at their parents house. Most of the time townies look like regular people, however, this is due to years of vigorous training in hopes of blending in with the rest of the student population. Last night, former Chair of Fashion Design for Parsons, The New School of Design, Tim Gunn, spoke to a crowded Eisenhower Auditorium as part of the Student Programming Association's Distinguished Speaker Series to tell of his experiences as both a television personality and more importantly, an educator.
