Onward State Interviews on State Patty’s Day [Video]

Other than just photographing yesterday, John O'Brien and myself decided to interview whatever students were willing to talk about their State Patty's Day thus far. The interviews took place from 2-3PM on Saturday, and most students we interacted with were very kind (some a little bit TOO nice...).

State Patty’s Day: A Whole Lotta Green [Photos]

Fellow photographer John O'Brien and I decided to brave the cold weather and aimlessly wandering drunken mobs to take some photographs--for the sake of never having to use that same balcony photograph for each SPD post. Green is flowing through the streets of State College, evidence that despite evidence to slow it down, State Patty's Day has not been stopped. Check out the slideshow below, to see some of the colorful characters walking around downtown.

Great Alternatives to State Patty’s Day

Ah, State Patty’s Day, the not-so-wonderful student holiday created for the purpose of solely getting hammered before St. Patrick’s Day. If you’re at State, but looking for a better way to spend the holiday, and possibly having a lot more fun helping out the community or engaging in some fun activities, then look no further. Onward State’s got you covered.

Never Fear, CATA Token Advertisements Are Here

Help Put the Yo(U) Back in UPUA

Are you a wanna-be politician? Does the idea of getting to play around with $120,000 excite you? Do you have an a wrinkly suite or a collection of repulsive ties? Are you a registered student at Penn State - University Park and free on Wednesday nights from 8-10 p.m.?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, perhaps you should consider running for a position in your student government, the University Park Undergraduate Association.
