While visiting the floor of THON, I was introduced to Carter, a dancer for Phi Gamma Delta/Whiplash Dance Team. Dancing for the second year in the row, he seems to know the ropes and had some great things to say about the dancing experience and what THON really means to him.

The sun is rising over the valley and on any typical Saturday morning here in State College a select few gym rats would be running outside in their Under Armour and there'd be women in high heels from the night before (or men, in sneakers) making the long trek of shame back to their dorms. Hungover drinkers would still be hugging the toilet from last night. But this is THON Saturday, and the party is still raging inside the BJC.

I was fortunate enough to get an interview with the very busy Public Relations captain Lauren Bucci.

I am sure you have seen them all across THON. Their bright pink fuzzy hats are a dead give away to who they are. We got a chance to talk to Dan Levy (the Atlas THON executive chair) and Dave Haneman (One of the THON weekend committee captains.)
