With an event of the magnitude of THON, acquiring the large amount of materials needed to create decorations that are scattered throughout the Bryce Jordan Center is quite a task, but where does it all come from?

Comprised of 21 captains under the leadership of Overall Pat Howley, the Supply Logistics committee works tirelessly with local companies to secure donations of materials like office, hardware and cleaning supplies, or essentially anything that THON may need, with the exception of food. This helps lessen the miscellaneous costs THON may incur and ensures that money collected through fundraising efforts, such as canning, goes directly to the Four Diamonds Fund.

Supply Logistics also works closely with THON’s internal needs and handles the printing and assembly of printed materials for other committees, such as corporate donor packets and THON Chair pamphlets.

Along with maintaining relationships with corporate materials donors, Supply Logistics organizes and runs the THON Raffle. Tickets for the raffle are $5 and will be on sale throughout THON weekend. Participants will be entered to win a number of fantastic prizes, including a 2012 Suzuki Kizashi, a Dell laptop, and a trip to Europe. All proceeds from ticket sales directly benefit THON.
