
If you are a college student, there is a solid chance you are always looking for ways to save money to deal with the ever increasing cost of tuition or beer. If you’re reading this, you probably hate the Patriots. However, seeing as neither Pennsylvania team is playing on Sunday, here are a couple reasons why you should root for the New England to beat the New York Giants.

Last week, OneSchool announced that it was releasing an updated version of its app, which it did on Tuesday. I have spent the past week testing the new version, seeing how beneficial this app would be for Penn State students. I was fortunate enough to have also downloaded it before the update, and can safely say that the app made major improvement. However, these upgrades fail to convince me that OneSchool is worth the memory on your smartphone. I reviewed the nine features that OneSchool bundles, and I am dissatisfied with the experience that I had.

This is a truly historic time for this University. It is the end of the Joe Paterno era. It is the end of the era of the man who initiated the growth of Penn State from a small farming college to what we see before us today. We all know what the man has done for our school, and I’m not talking about winning football games. The public memorial for Joseph Vincent Paterno will be held on Thursday at 2 pm in the Bryce Jordan Center. Afternoon classes should be canceled so students can honor and appreciate Coach Paterno with the rest of the Penn State family.

This afternoon, the Washington Post will publish a story that many of us have been waiting months to read. Joe Paterno has been virtually silent since his firing this fall. What the interview covers remains to be seen, but the questions that should be asked are numerous. Read more after the jump.
