One of several pro-Joe Paterno billboards is at risk of removal if enough funds aren't raised to support the initiative. The message on the billboard reads: "You can't cover up 61 years of success with honor" -- a clear reference to Paterno's 61 years spent coaching at Penn State.

Nittany Mountain Trail Rides canceled all hayrides scheduled tonight and tomorrow night because there were so many alcohol-related incidents last night, according to the owner. Alcohol is not allowed on the farm, although, naturally, pre-gaming has long been a tradition for hayrides among Penn State groups.
"In the past couple of years, people seem to focus on the bad stuff that happened at Penn State, but I truly believe that good people go to Penn State. They meet, they interact, and sometimes—if they're lucky—they fall in love. No matter what anyone says, and no matter what happens, I will always love this school. The Patriot-News, citing "prominent Democratic figures in Centre County and Pennsylvania," say that Paterno has indicated interest in challenging incumbent Rep. Glenn Thompson in Pennsylvania's Fifth Congressional District.
