
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic turmoil it has caused, the Penn State Alumni Association is offering three complimentary months of membership to any alumni who request this support.

The borough's churches and residents are encouraged to ring bells at 7 p.m. on Sunday to honor those working on the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic.

For every $10 raised, the Spikes will provide a ticket to a future game to a "hero of the pandemic."

The annual event asks participants to dress in denim to support sexual assault survivors and protest the "rape myth mentality" and victim-blaming that impact women across the world.

"Someday I will be old and talk about this – and I cannot wait."

Diving into the foreign world of virtual learning can be pretty intimidating for wide-eyed freshmen and seasoned Penn Staters alike.
