James Franklin is definitely beefing up his offensive line early in the 2020 recruiting cycle. Dawkins is already the fourth offensive lineman in the Nittany Lions’ recruiting class, joining Grant Toutant, RJ Adams, and Golden Achumba in the trenches.
Penn State has also secured commitments from four-star prospects Curtis Jacobs, Derek Wingo, and Joshuah Moten in this cycle along with three-star quarterback Micah Bowens. Dawkins is the ninth member of Penn State’s recruiting class of 2020.
