Lawsuits filed by attorney Richard Serbin allege that former Penn State Shenango professor Leonard Riforgiato repeatedly sexually abused two boys while assigned to Our Lady of Victory Church in State College.
The report including the animal abuse allegations was received in July and turned over to the Pennsylvania State Police for investigation.
