UPUA is hoping to expand the Zagster bike share program downtown next semester.
The community came together Thursday night to remember Osaze Osagie, the 29-year-old man who was shot and killed by State College Police on Wednesday.
The vigil will be held at 7 p.m. at the Allen Street Gates. It is being organized by the Penn State Student Black Caucus and six other community organizations, according to a Facebook event.
Voodoo launched a franchise group in 2018, which allows those outside the company to open pubs beyond its home base in Western Pennsylvania.
"Our goal and our commitment to the community is to ensure that we have an open, honest, and independent investigation to thoroughly understand what did transpire today."
The scene is secure and there is no threat to the area, police said.
