THON 2025 may be over, but there’s still plenty of time to reflect on what happened over the weekend.

From Friday through Sunday (and well beforehand), Onward State had its heart set on delivering the best THON coverage to the Penn State community it could provide. Between 12 seats on press row and four photographers (almost) always on the floor, our staffers combined for 699 hours of work, 120 posts to the website, 45 photo dumps on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, and a handful of TikToks.

THON 2025 raised $17,707,040.93 For The Kids. That’s another new record for an organization that apparently won’t stop breaking them.
